Dunno. I found Sonic Rush as a really well-done game. And contrary to what you said, the game did not fail the series. It's one of the most praised and liked games in the franchise.

It also the very game that introduced Sonic's now well-known and very-loved boost, and honestly when I played the game with this feature it somehow filled that gap that I seemed to have in the previous post-Genesis era Sonic games, and that was SPEED. :D

Sonic rush was an amazing return after recent blunders in the third dimension, however I think they probably would have been better off leaving rush and grabbing more from the advance series because the double screen view and the zoom levels necessary for sonic rush levels do not transition well onto generations.

Out of the ones I've played (Sonic 1-3 and Knuckles), Sonic 2 because it wants me dead.

I hate the Water Palace because of the whole air concept, and I hate the game Shadow the Hedgehog because I hate G.U.N for killing Maria.

@legendofzeldafreak11 I know your pain I almost never had that last one a weird trick to try is to oddly enough mute the sound a listen to the vocal version of Diamond in the Sky from Sonic R for some reason that helped me get through the stage
