At 6:35 the picture of Pluto looks like one of those disco balls at night clubs with some dark spots. lol I know it's because of the Resolution. Too bad Pluto and Eris cannot be considered planets.

@bestjonbon AWESOME VIDEO & AWESOME JOB! I LOVE ASTRONOMY! I really think that astronomy is important to the human race! If most of this generation we live in now would focus more on the true beauty of the Universe as they did as much as something as ridiculous, untalented, and uneducated as Britney Spears or Justin Bieber, or TV shows like TMZ or MTV, the world would be so much more educated! If only people would fund as much money on space exploration as they do war and all this other garbage!

Thumbs up for Sibelius.
Excuse me, but what were those "planets" from 7:23 on? I mean, are they considered SUNS in other galaxies or something like this?
BTW, great video!

Hi @machinaeMA,
No, those are some of the larger stars, showing them in comparison to our sun. All in our galaxy. We can't really distinguish stars in others galaxies. At least not yet.

Some of the pictures are incorrect:;
3:47.1-3:49.7 -- not a moon, venussurface.
3:49.7-3:55.5 -- all are saturn moons.
4:13.8-4:16.5 -- it is saturn
and more....

You would have to talk to NASA about that. They took the pictures and they identified them. Thanks for dropping in. Cheers, John
