A man in Glenn Heights had his right to own property violated by the police on Sept. 18. Apparently, the man was in possession of marijuana when the police confiscated his property and took him prisoner.
The government's own rules say that property may not be taken without first "adequate compensation being made," according to the Texas Bill of Rights.
Learn the laws, u can't take part of a sentence n use it anyway u want. This is for real property/land Sec. 17. TAKING, DAMAGING, OR DESTROYING PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC USE; SPECIAL PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES; CONTROL OF PRIVILEGES AND FRANCHISES
you need to read the full Sec. google THE TEXAS CONSTITUTION ARTICLE 1. BILL OF RIGHTS then go to Sec. 17
