The comment about the black borders needs to readdressed. I used to play Magic: The Gathering a decade ago and the basic set had white borders (Unlimited and Revised). If the borders are white, you won't see the wear, but you will instead see grime and dirt. Black borders might show some wear, but you never get the feeling that you have crud on your cards.

    I prefer the black borders.

The replay value comes from the fact that the piles themselves will change from game to game.

There are more combinations of piles than the number of atoms in the universe.

keep in mind that that's only the base game not including the mass amounts of expansion sets there are.

Yeah the base set comes with tons of different cards to play with but the real replay value comes from how many expansions there are to buy and all of the different cards available both in the base game and in all of the expansions, when i first found this a woman brought it to my college and had the base game and 2 expansions with her and i played for almost 7 hours and still had an itch to continue playing.

    It's actually 25 choose 10, or 3,268,760 combinations.

So i just finished playing this game online and i dont really see the replay value that this game has since the 10 decks of cards in play are the same card in each pile. I found the game fun but i lost because it's my first time. Do this game has really a replay value that big? And is it really that fun?

Buy card game sleeves in dominion size if you are afraid of wear.

Actually Militia requires 'discarding down to 3 cards' not 'discarding 2 cards'. It is still an effective strategy, but you'll need Smithy as well as Village cards.
