A Day in Court - Public or Private?

The events that took place on March 15th in a "public" court room... It so obvious that they know exactly what they are hiding, and exactly how corrupt the system is.

"trespassing on private property" there proof that the court is a private corporation that owns the court building and it is not property owned by the people as it has to be to be lawful. The people own all publicly owned property as it must be held in trust for them as the corporation "STATE OF..." is a fiction and cannot work or pay for anything. Only the people can work and pay to own things. So since the people paid for it, it is held in trust for them. Make postings of ticket

@immafreemann Can't post the ticket, when I got out of cells I went straight to their business counter and handed the ticket back to an officer and said, "This isn't mine, it must be yours." and wrote "Refused for cause without dishonor" on it. I haven't seen or heard anything related to it for almost 2 years now, same with all the other bullshit "fines" they tried to hit me with. I just ignore their game, it's a joke, and therefor I don't have to play.

more insanity... so you were at court for your friend and did not know there was a court date for your fomer person and just so happened to be there??? I dnt know if I understood that right but it sounds intense, trespassing, like seriously no one ever gets chraged for that good god. Nice to hear from ya either way :-)

Yeah I had no idea that a person with a similar sounding name to mine had a court case that day... it was weird... almost like they wanted to just give a reason to arrest me.

If you do figure out a way more power to you..........However, history dictates that the FMOL movement will ultimately fail unless it is supported by the use of Force. From what I understand, and I may be way wrong on this, but every time a judge leaves and comes back his/her role changes. First he is a banker/ can't remember the second, third he is a priest. Let me know if you know anything about this please.

you should ask for the judges oath as soon as you go in,if they dnt give it they need to be arrested

When ever they call your name u must say I claim Common law Jurisdiction ,I don't Consent and I waive the benefit. then they will ask what's your name objection Calls for hearsay. I request Remedy the Judge will run out of Court and not back at all until the prosecutor comes over to you and tell you your case is being dismissed. I have told all of my friends and they even gotten out of DUI and speeding tickets. As long as there's isn't a victim they are done.
