Hmm, from what I've read you should probably be posting your little rants on mention of DHL, I guarantee you they're more responsive to customers than Sony. And as far as I've seen the only other reader that can even be compared to the iliad is the kindle, and only because it's so much cheaper ($360 rather than $700) does it merit the comparison at all.

Neste caso é difícil, tem certeza que não ficou barrado na alfândega? Afinal, vc teria que pagar 60% de imposto de tudo. Fez tracking com DHL para ver? DHL não perde as coisas assim e tem seguro.

I purchased an Iliad Book Edition from iRex in August of 2008. Due to problems with the delivery company, DHL, I never received the product.

iRex promised me a refund, but has not done so. At this point, I have neither my money nor the Iliad. iRex is totally ignoring me and does not even reply to emails. My only recourse now is legal action. 

If you are thinking about purchasing from iRex, you should know that this company no regard for customers after they have your money.
