  • This guy is Bosian, living in Sarajevo... his name is Emir..

  • @1crazyirish this guy completely lifts his ass off the bench...people that do that at football lifting get belted to the bench. I Arch a few inches and roll my shoulders back, but lifting your whole ass up is not benifital in any way it cant be..I dont know why anyone does it. My friend arched just like this guy and benched 185 and he quit arching and benched 155 with perfect form lol.

  • @paintba114life321 I had the same problem, I was exagerating the arch too much.Make sure and keep your ass on the bench, and roll your shoulders back, don't focus on arching your back.

  • @Stoksie01 agree with you:D

  • alter hat der ne wampe ^^

  • so what try doing flat and slow bet u havent got the strength to do 1 full rep without raising your back and ass u will be alot stronger doing shit the right way and lose the spotter its only 200kg

  • very good mate;) gongrats with great strenght!!

  • @hockeymaster12345 It's a warm up body builders do. First high tempo quick reps, then slow tempo/pause reps.

  • @THEGATHERING20 i have tried a few times every time i do i pull a lower back muscle

  • @paintba114life321 Its actually better for you back than a bodybuilding style bench set up, gives great support throughout the entire body, as you press down wuth your legs whilst having them as far up the bench as as wide as possible to give maximum stablity and you need to tense your glutes and abs tight, the arch is WAAAY better for you, you also need to scrunch your traps back and down into the bench, helps support the lift and keep your back strong, you should try benching like this.
