  • What weight is he using for each exercise? and what weight do you reckon a -57kg female should be doing this with?

  • @ajntomi24 Hi DB Lateral step ups - 2x25kg DB Farmers Walk - 2x40kg DB Grappler Throws - 15kg plate on end of 20kg bar Split squat jumps - BW Body Row - BW Cheat Curls - 2x22.5kg DB Landmines - 15kg plate on end of 20kg bar Stir the pot - BW (using elbows/forearms on Swiss ball) Suitcase ladders - 2x27.5kg DB Bag Spins - boxing heavy bag Wheel Barrows - BW Down/Up Pull ups - BW For a 57kg player I'd suggest halving the weights of the DB exercises.

  • @utuberlol Non stop 2,3,4,4,3,2mins with work:rest 2:1 i.e 2mins work,1min rest. First 2,3,4mins 10reps/exercise, second 4,3,2mins 5reps/exercise keeping power output up. Enjoy and let us know how you get on!

  • How many reps, sets, rest (if any) please? I feel like doing this session tommorow
