@utuberlol Non stop 2,3,4,4,3,2mins with work:rest 2:1 i.e 2mins work,1min rest. First 2,3,4mins 10reps/exercise, second 4,3,2mins 5reps/exercise keeping power output up. Enjoy and let us know how you get on!
