Rick, Again some great wordpress security tips in this video. However, I couldn't help but notice that you mentioned using fantastico to install Wordpress. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this a security issue as fantastico uses the same characters for your database username and password and uses the default wp_ for table prefixes.
