http://www.johnalvino.com This is a great movement for developing upper back strength and size. Let your form loosen up a bit and just get after it. Heavy weight for high reps.

  • i typed in (dumbell rows heavy) i wached about six vidios and this is the first ive come across with acceptable form. keep up teh good work

  • @CertifiedHustler68 Thanks, I don't advocate super strict form with heavy DB rows but you should only allow a little technical breakdown. Some of the stuff out there is silly

  • Damn I was happy today because I did 80lbs DB's...Although I only weight a buck fifty. What your weight John?

  • @Daminatovideo Hey man, I weigh 200lbs. You should be happy about crushing the 80's. Just be sure to try the 85's next time and so on and so forth. Good luck to you

  • @Daminatovideo That sucks that your gym doesn't have what you need. But F it, go with the 90's! Let me know how you do

  • Problem is my gym doesnt have all the increments, kinda pisses me off. So I have to go from 80 to 90..Unless I duck tape a 5lb. Rubber coated weights too.
