Honor Flight - Official Trailer #1

4.5 MILLION VIEWS. In addition to how many views you see on Youtube, this trailer for the documentary "Honor Flight" received 4.5 million views via Facebook Causes.

That was just the start. To honor World War II veterans, 28,442 Americans gathered at Miller Park (home of the Milwaukee Brewers) to watch the premiere of "Honor Flight," breaking the Guinness World Record for largest attendance at a film screening ever.

Synopsis: "Honor Flight" is a film about four living World War II veterans and a Midwest community coming together to give them the trip of a lifetime. Volunteers race against the clock to fly thousands of WWII veterans to Washington, DC to see the memorial constructed for them in 2005, nearly 60 years after the War.

My Grandpa was the nose-gunner on a B-24 Liberator during WWII. He also served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He got to go on the Honor Flight last year. Sadly, he passed away in August of this year. I would just like to thank you guys for giving him the opportunity to go on this trip. He thought it was incredible.

Has anyone checked with AAFES/NEX about the possibility of doing a screening at all of their base theaters? Think this would be an awesome opportunity to increase the availability of the film.

I am a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq... i was an infantryman for 10 yrs, but I am in awe of these old timers... I became very very very weepy eyed watching this.... I cant put in to words how much admiration I have for the WWII veteran... God bless and thank you for this...

My Dad fought in the Battle of the Bulge, too. Captured and when liberated, weighed 87 lb on a 6'1" frame. He died at 62 years, of cancer. I miss him every day and to my great shame, never told him what a hero he was. I now stop every WWII vets I see and tell them what shining lights, what heroes they were.
