Here he is, giving sponsored road racers a run for their money! Scooting past super-fast, super-expensive bikes, and blokes with pointy alien helmets, was Todd Heness from them there hills in Terranora, Australia. Racing proudly on his Trek Project one mountain bike, the "Red Sled", and donning his trusty magpie-pecked five year old helmet, he finished in a blistering speed of 2:55:46.
Mountain bike riders of the world, unite! Who says you can't do a triathlon on your beloved Trek mountain bike!
And oh...also not bad for a bloke who's never swum past the breakers for fear of blue bottles!
