Fun fact: When I heard this 'song' for the first time, I thought it was something that was playing in the background on my computer, some sort of open YouTube video or something. This is all about Doug Rattmann, a former Aperture Science employee who was one of the very few to survive GLaDOS' flooding of the Enrichment Centre with neurotoxin. The jittery mumbling sound like a desperate and increasingly insane man's ramblings, most likely scared and confused at the world around him. It's pretty damn creepy but I also find it a tiny bit sad too...
