Drastic measures are required to move this annoying photographer out of frame while shooting my sister's wedding...

  • Videographer ---> asshole.

  • @Garselo It's true. I am an asshole.

  • not a good photographer to begin with, when i am doing weddings, i am very discreet and hidden away, my clients can't believe that i got shots of them like i was hovering around them without them noticing

  • I will pass on your details for the next time my sister gets married!!

  • The photographer ALWAYS takes precedence over the videographer.

  • @thelake54 Not always true. Camcorders can pick up very minute sounds. The closer the voice is to it the more clearly you hear it. I am good with photography but hate video recording. I always hear myself cussing people out under my breath, lol. Not cute when your baby is graduating from kindergarten and you are silently swearing at the stoopit lady in front of you who keeps standing up to wave at her child and then forgets to sit back down again until the children are leaving the stage, lol.

  • @KeijinShiho Sometimes people ask someone to shoot their weddings/events because they know them and are trying to give them a little boost in a start-up business. I don't have a lot of lenses either but people who know me sometimes ask that I shoot their events. In the meantime, I always try to work with whomever else is asked to be there to shoot as well. It's the other guests, with their cell phone and point and shoot cameras that try to hog up every bit of view that gets me pissed.

  • This video looks like it was recorded with a cell phone. Seriously, they paid that photographer thousands to get shots for them, and all you're giving them is your annoying voice on the video. If you were a real wedding videographer you would have been smart enough to coordinate with the photographer first.. but that's why you're not a professional.

  • @solo909 Exactly. well stated.

  • Hahahaha ! Funny! stupid phographer not professional .....

  • if you guys would have coordinated it would have been fine... The photog does need to get a proper telephoto though. looks to me that shes using a 24-70. Im sure shes saving up for the 70-200... And the videographer could have simply used the footage from his B cam. And if he dosent have a B cam, then im sure hes saving up for one.

  • i always wonder why the photographers never wear formal clothing.

  • for fucks sake!! haha

  • At a wedding the couple are the 'primary' focus - especially during the ceremony. As a wedding officiant I make sure the photographer knows what is possible and what isn't. Haven't had a serious problem yet from 12 years of weddings. Well, not from the professionals!
