@Mcais2Fresh That is not necessary... you just hace to type your PIN (chip password)

hmmm, if only the touch screen was responsive - he has to do every other move two times to get a response. I find that embarrassing - if that were my company I'd ask the engineers to start over... I would never release that...

hey maybe you can help me, I got a HTC Touch for AT&T from a friend, but when i turn it on it request a password and can only make emergency calls. so can i hard reset from that screen or not?

Nice.... I'm getting my HTC Touch Diamond on tuesday. I bought it because I was satisfied with the overall performance and looks of the phone. :) And, I got it amazingly cheap.
