@TheBradenL Eh, just because he struggled with depression doesn't mean he was incapable of being happy or smiling, apparently he did it a lot.
Depression is a part of everyones' lives whether they like it or not.

I love this cover because I'm a ROCKER and this kicks major ASS
-
I don't get your cowbell references (Maybe because I'm wearing solid-gold diapers...). Nice cover, Elliott!

I got a fever...
-
what a sick cover

Excellent Tribute! I can't express how lucky I feel to know that I saw him do this cover live ... just months before his untimely death. To quote Ben Folds - "the songs you wrote - got me through a lot - just wanna tell you that."
-
He looks so happy in this pic. :D
-
cowbell or not, death travels with a whole box of percussion instruments.
-
i wonder if that's him playing the solo ... ?
-
he nails the solo -- although he would, elliott was a supreme guitarist
Not that anybody cares, but I write goofy folk music, and in terms of songwriting and performing, this guy is my idol. I love this song, and that was amazing.
Thanks for posting this!

Elliott is the single reason I picked up guitar last December, and why I continue to play music today. The guy was just a brilliant songwriter, and he gives me something to aspire to be.
Cheers!

It didn't, so I had to fix that.
Always love to share Elliott's work, even if it is a cover.
Glad you enjoyed! ^_^

Since today is the 21st, I figured I'd say something to Elliott:
Elliott, you changed my life. Your music continues to shape me, now 5 years after your death. I just wish I could have known you... you were truly amazing.
Love and peace, wherever you are,
Trevor
