  • Everything is fine in this recipe. My only suggestion is to fry them up a tad in olive oil before you dip them in sauce. Makes a big difference.

  • @polloy2000 - Thank you for the comments, I appreciate it is not an authentic Mexican recipe - I am a mere Scots man trying to make a substitute with the ingredients available in Britain. Take care

  • Don't listen to any negative comments. I'm Mexican, and I found your recipe to be very easy and it looks delicious. It's also a great recipe for other ppl like yourself who do not have access to Mexican cheeses or sauces.. Keep up the good work!

  • why is everyone from texas a conceited, stupid asshole?

  • Hi there, you are a genius!! Am Mexican you see, and where I live now it's almost impossible to find ingredients to cook Mexican food (god knows I miss it). But after seeing what you've used am gonna try and make them that way.

As a Mexican am very proud that a Scottish man like yourself likes to make enchiladas. Thanks.

    Un beso muy grande!!!
