Here is a brief expose of the new offerings of a freshly "re-capped" Hammond A-100 from l962. The drawbars thoroughly were cleaned. The sounds simply is amazing and suggests now the skill is not in keyboard maintenance but in actually organ playing. The reverb unit in the console of the organ has its own dedicated tube amplifier and 12" speaker. The organ itself has two 12" speakers on the left side. There is a six pin Leslie cable that feeds a Leslie 145, a small box with a 147 amplifier. I hear the 122 is the one to have as it does not have the load selector for multiple organs and is less succeptible to hum and such. Still sounds amazing and is paid in full. I will enjoy it much more in the future.
Just beautiful Paul! Amen, brother.
