Good judgment by Julia to submit when she did, and good sportsmanship by Tara to show concern for possible injury. Broken bones often heal good as new, but a dislocated shoulder can be a lifelong problem.

Nice throw at around 0:20 followed by skillful scissor moves. Tara is good and quick.

i see nothing wrong with women competing in combat sports like boxing or cage fighting as long as they fight other women.

Tara has exceptional judo skills, so it doesn't surprise me that she takes out other opponents with arm bars and strangles.

It's brutal that Berezikova's first real MMA fight is against LaRosa, who is a beast. Very unfair.

Having played judo against Miss LaRosa, I can say this: she's one TOUGH girl and a very good matwork specialist...Also a really great all-around person to talk to, one of my favorite people in all my martial-arts experience. What an amazing woman.
