@35november its completely different than losing weight that the typical normal person would lose. When fighters cut weight they're losing water weight that they can gain back after the weigh-ins. It's not as if they're cutting 10Ibs of fat in a very short amount of time.
@inhiswords It amazes me these fighters ability to cut great amounts of weight and be functional. All these people proud of losing a few pounds a month wouldn't want to hear about this.
