So I just saw CAKE play in Santa Clara, and they were AWESOME!!! Hearing them live and full of energy brought back a lot of memories. In particular, my cousins and I would always get pumped up to Swiss wrestle by blasting The Distance by CAKE.
Their music has been the soundtrack to my life and I have been really fortunate to see and meet the band and share with them what their passion has meant to me. Hope you enjoy!

Swiss wrestling is called Schwinging, and yes I am a schwinger that wears schwinger hosen. It's an incredibly demanding physically demanding sport and although I am not in this video, I have enjoyed years of practice.
