the sprouts not there to use the rain plant on why not ?

@bptchargers Its probably to do with some sort of requirement. I think you have to talk to Yuramon and she has to tell you about a "Strange plant" in tropical jungle. Also make sure you have palmon recruited, and that your prosperity points are around 10 I think. The points might not be super nesscary but it may be what you need to get it to appear.
