Yes, I have flown in there many times for the last 30 years. Looks fine, accurate. Except for the airport is not in a depression. FSX corrects this.

Your both nuts, Jdm; if you lived there then you certainly had ur head in the silt if you never noticed that the jets landed in two different directions. You certainly weren't paying attention to this video because its a flight simulator, knucklehead!
Othrower; it hardly looks like CDV at all. As you approach the tarmac the scenery looks like my 5 y/o drew it with a box of crayons! Wake Up People!

You can land on a runway in either direction....you can't just use the mountains as a way to judge where you are. Since you have lived there you know where the main airport is, now the question is have you landed a plane in Cordova? I haven't but I have sat in the front of a small plane several times and have landed there and it looks close to it.

landing and take of path of this airport is actually great... You should check out Merida airport in Venezuela... its location is very scary... two huge mountains on the sides and one in front (in a deep valley)... very treacherous to maneuver...
