Started Kung Fu with the age of seven. My first trainer was Kang Sheng He.
For the next 15 years I practiced my skills at the Shaolin Temple in Henan. In that period I also was with the Shaolin Warrior Team on tour arround the world.

Hey guys!
I just used this clip to practice my editing skills again and to realize my ideas properly!
I also will add some new stuff with higher quality and my own cam very soon!
But for now i'll keep on practicing with my new programs!

BTW i'm sorry for the low quality of the video! I did not record it myself
The video was recorded with a pretty bad cam (not a professional one) too.
But i hope ya like it though!

Ich mache selbst shaolin quan kung fu! es gibt keine unbekannte formen! :)

Darum habe ich geschrieben ATM (at the moment) ;) es gibts sehr wohl unbekannte formen und zwar wenn sie improvisiert sind... Ich wollte aber eigentlich nur sagen das ich den namen im moment slebst nicht kenne, und auch ned weiß ob er sie nicht selbst improvisiert hat, was bei ihm nicht ungewöhnlich wäre!

@Hypsch actually the pinyin name is Gui Ding quan but you are right, it is sometimes refered to as shaolin quan because it is one of the core fist forms
