Royal Caribbean cruise turned into nightmare because of loud noise every night.

I had a room on 9th floor. Solarium located on 11th. Pool Crew dragging beach loungers at night time for cleaning of the deck. When I complained to Guest Services, lady told me that it is bizarre I can hear that. So, see for yourself! Can you hear this awful sound while metal loungers are dragged against ceramic tiles on all metal ship? I made this video because I was really pissed off to be waken up every night first at 2 AM and then at 6 AM, and Guest Services does not take you seriously. Result: 4 hours of sleep and ruined days. Make no mistake, Royal Caribbean and Independence of the Sea are great, but sometimes small detail can ruin everything. Guest Services employee should pay more attention to customers and most important KNOW THEIR SHIP!!!
