This video shows how to get movies/music/game saves/applications/etc onto and off of your PS Vita, and then showcases custom soundtracks (using your own music in games instead of the game music, retaining the original sound effects/voice tracks/etc). This works great on the Vita -- a very fun feature. (And sorry -- I know Nas in Gravity Daze might not be the best match ever -- just wanted to show it off!)
