Thanks, I'd guess that someone who nocks and draws that quick is also accurate!
DO you use the thumb release method..I am trying to perfect "traditional techniques", having just bought a Scythian bow and wooden shafted arrows.. and realize the differences in that bow, with my other "take downs and composite bows" are subtle but change the method quite a bit.
