  • That's funny. 5 mispells out of 13 words. Numerous grammatical errors. Is this irony or oxymoron?

  • You would think intelligent people who get the movie could spell right...

  • excellent choice of song for the video

  • Bad ass movie, even more BAD ASS SONG. Silent Civilian rocks.

  • Hmm.. come to think of it. Maybe Britney spears is Bi or something.. and wanted to be like Natalie Portman when she shaved her head lol.

  • That mask and Portman crying are the most annoying things, imo.

  • *remain* (typo)

  • Alright then. We're both right. good shtuff. Either way, it is funny how people just type their little hearts away when they should be reading books.

It is better to reamin silent and appear ignorant than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

  • Well I asked him for the definition in detail and explained to me that it CAN be intentional or unintentional however more common then the latter. Therefore, we are both right. :)

  • I am no english teacher, and they probably know more than I do, but in this one particular incident I have to say that this is still irony. And that's my final answer. Look up oxymoron on wiki, and you will see what I am talking about. If his sentence said, "the point of this move is wonderfull, and only inteligent people LIKE ME get it," THAT would be oxymoron.

  • Perhaps then my grade 11 teacher is wrong?

  • I was just asking a rhetorical question. But an oxymoron is not "conflicting irony", as you suggest. It is just a statement that contradicts itself intentionally. In this case, it is actually irony, because the paradox by Marhoz was not used intentionally, which is a characteristic of oxymoron. The 5 spelling errors were not intentional, so they don't mean to conflict with the statement. Sorry buddy, but I don't think you know the real meaning of oxymoron. Nice try though.
