  • I personally love the Insight, Toyota's design is boring for me. Fold-able rear seats for hatchbacks is a big advantage compared to normal sedans, great if bigger and longer items are transported.

  • a lot of the sedans don't have folding backseats except for the Camry Hybrid

  • this is a crap. squeeze your balls out into rear doors.

  • @ers1027 Honda thought it would be a contradiction to have a "green" car with leather seats. It also helped them keep the price low, and make it more affordable for the regular folks who want to do their part for the environment.

I like that I can get the EX trim with navigation and not have the option of leather seats. Usually when you move up trim levels, leather is standard. Being a vegetarian, I really dislike that. I'm definitely getting this car.

  • I wish that Honda would add a leather-appointed seat option. It would accomodate more buyers. Nothing against the cloth made from plants, although it is not very green to take away plants from earth. Still, I live thr car and Honda. Good job Honda!

  • Toyota Prius is 3x more expensive than Insight in my country lol.

  • Are you kidding me??? Even Toyota Prius had huge head start, Toyota won't even start making hybrid cars if the 1999 Honda Insight didn't come up first.... So Honda is the Innovation, Toyota is the motivator. Both companies are good!

  • Camry Hybrid seats fold too.

    The reviewer doesn't know this?

"So far, no hybrid sedan has folding seats."

    What?

  • Toyota has a bigger reach in terms of market share. And Prius has had a huge head start so Prius will vastly outsell Insight plus 2010 Prius is superior to Insight. Furthermore, most of the aftermarket PHEV conversion only does Prius conversions to plug-in. Prius is far ahead in this arena. However, Honda will go ahead of Toyota in Natural Gas and Hydrogen hybrid cars.

  • no it doesnt. HONDA FTW!!
