Zen Garcia explores the numerous accounts of bombs blowing up the levees in New Orleans, largely ignored by the mainstream press who only acknowledge individuals who claim they heard or saw the levees being blown as 'conspiracy theorists.'

While there have been other filmmakers such as Spike Lee who has covered this topic, Zen Garcia presents this issue in such a way that no doubt can remain as to what really did happen on that fateful day.

Look at pictures of the Florida Avenue breach, where the barge went through. All pictures show the water going into the canal not out. It didn't take a conspiracy to do it. Some punks with explosives see that the flood on the east side of the canal is lower than in the canal and get the bright idea to blow the levee to drain the east side flooding into the canal. The resulting in rush of water causes a wave that breaches the west side, rebounds, crests as it returns carrying the barge out.

@wwclay86 i find it interesting that you dont believe spike lee. remember years ago this country or should i say CUNTry, use to hang blacks in public, why then do people find it hard to accept that the government can be and IS a demonically ran entity?

i think they killed ppl in N.O. and on 9/11 deliberately. the only thing that stopped the lynchings of the past were ppl who spoke out, fought,and stood up. like the ones today who R speaking out that ppl like U make fun of.

@hwiseman1 They do that, but they warn people in advance. They even send out yearly notices to tell you that you're in a flood plain and could get a forced flooding if the MS waters rise to a certain point.

It was just done with the floods of the Mississippi. They flooded certain towns to save others. Absolutely true.

@420bailey It failed other places too. The upper middle class Lakeview district had a breach and was flooded as well. Unfortunately, the people of the 9th ward and similar areas have been conditioned to see themselves as perpetual victims so they close their eyes to the fact that the "rich white folk" next door had a breach in their backyard as well.

And the "boom" theory is ridiculous. I have been through MANY hurricanes & hear a loud BOOM during each one. It's usually tranformers blowing.

The 17th street canal was bombed to protect the more valueable property in the city? That actually flooded Lakeview, the whitest, most affluent area in the city, with the exception of some spots in the Garden District (which is on the natural levee, and not at any serious flood risk). Kind of blows a big hole in the conspiracy theory.
