The answer is simple.
Why do you think the fashion industry focuses on women? Because women naturally are looked upon as a beautiful entity and equally, they have a desire to enhance such attraction by decorating themselves -- the industry feeds upon women's potential of being the center of attention and their inclination to promote such features.
It's the same with the entrepreneurship. Men are just better in this regard and seek to enhance their abilities to being more engaged in them.
