  • from an anthropological standpoint, humans are meant to eat meat AND plants. Our bodies naturally produce enzymes that break down meat AND vegetables. Besides that, our teeth are designed to chew both meat and plants, and hunting animals may single-handedly be the factor that defined the differences between male/female, both physically and from a division-of-labor standpoint. It goes back millions of years. Think about it. Plus, meat just tastes so damn good...why would you not want meat?

  • look at how much money a wall would cost...but the bigger picture is look what it would do to history, family, and the comunitites near it. Really bad idea

  • @abarbee81

i can see myself being a veghead for one reason. the way that we produce food in the US is absurd. 13 pounds of corn for one pound of beef? its dumb and inefficient. aside from that, i can't ever see myself not eating meat.

  • he pointed out your obvious lies, maybe you will focus on this.

  • Funny how when people realize they are in logical check mate, they regress to animal logic by using words like "idiot " and "irritating".

I hope you act on your own beliefs, meat is gods way of thinning out the weaker members of our planet.

  • @chasbo13

okay, sure. i'll ask him if the life expectancy of japan is 100 and 65 in western countries like france or iceland.

he'll reply: 'no, japan is 82.6 years, france is 81.5, and iceland is 81.6. what idiot told you that?'

and i'll say 'some irritating self righteous vegetarian preacher from the internet.' and we'll both nod together.

  • @wayfarin I am not saying humans have evolved physically beyond eating meat but they have evolved morally beyond eating meat. At least the smarter ones have.

The French do not live that long, yes, they are thin, but that means nothing. All things being equal, only the japanese who really dont eat red meat actually live longer than the other countries.

dont argue with me, ask your doctor next visit.

  • @chasbo13

the french eat red meat all the time and they live insanely long. as do icelanders.

its eating too much of anything that will kill you. and no, we haven't "evolved" past eating meat. avoiding meat is a choice. it doesn't take two generations of humans to mutate enough to say they have evolved much in any respect.
