Janis Sharp talks on BBC breakfast television with Jago Russell of Fair Trials International after a historic cross party debate in the house of commons demanding changes to the extradition treaty to give British People equal rights to Americans. At present if an American Citizen were to be extradited they have the right to contest the evidence in a court of law No evidence is required to extradite a British Citizen to America and they therefore have nothing to be able to contest. The US Ambasador to the Britain Louis Susman said that this situation is equal and fair.
