  • Method of Transporting:

    2. If you are buying a car at a Dealership but it is beyond 40 miles from where you live, the Dealer will transport your vehicle to you at your home. Destination Charges apply and are to be no more than $750.00.

  • Method of Transporting:

    1. New Vehicles leaving the assembly line are to be carried via a Transport Car (car that safely takes Brand New Cars from Factory to dealerships) to the Loading Truck* where they are delivered to the Dealerships. Dealerships are to also have a Transport Car where the Brand New Vehicles are taken down from the truck and into the Lot*.

  • New cars must be wrapped. Seats, steering wheel, dashboard, carpet, interior and exterior body panels must be wrapped and fully enclosed. Windshields and Mirrors are only allowed one thin Polyflex sheet that is SAE authentified which allows visibility through the windshields. Only tires are allowed to be uncovered. Rims must be covered

  • Automobile Dealerships are not to sell test driven vehicles unless it is a used vehicle. A new vehicle that is being test driven can not be sold at the dealership unless it is sold as as a test driven vehicle that is Brand New. The same goes with show room vehicles, sold as a show room vehicle.

  • New Law require Automobile Manufacturers to build cars that has no more than than -40 miles on the odometer when leaving the factory and no less than -40 miles when sold to the customer. This allows the customer satisfaction that their new car has never been driven.

  • YES!I AGREE.

  • Toyota's are very good cars!
