This drill is a great way to get into or stay in shape during the basketball season. All you need are lines on a court or field in order to run back and forth. Seems silly in concept but it will kick your butt into shape in a short amount of time.

  • @dna1101 with this drill I think if they can finish around 1.00 -1.30 seconds you are in pretty good shape. As long as you see them touching the line and running through each section they should be doing the drill correctly to get the most out of it. As far as the number, it is totally up to you. This is a conditioning drill so 10 will keep them very well conditioned. I was more used to doing 5 max and would be totally gassed.

  • whats the perferred time in finishing one for a high school student? Also how many is recommended, i am currently doing ten, but the ones in the middle are not full speed.
