This game was so cool back when I could play multiplayer. It's too bad that Activision decided to pull the plug on it. I guess it's a good thing since it was already riddled with hacked users with rank 117, etc.

Holy balls it's NetStorm! Love, love, love this game. I remember trying once a ways back to see if there was any community action going on for the game and failing. Glad to see one now! Fuck I can't wait to to see Man O' War and flying discs again!

I remember playing this game like 10 years ago. It was really good, interesting and original, it's a shame that it didn't achieve mainstream success.

The game is now freeware. I used to play demo of this classical rts back in 1998. I loved it.

im gonna play this game right now, 12 years on and the gameplay still appeals to me.. i remember this game being so hard (the missions) But maybe with a 21yo mind i will be able to finally conquer it

I played this like everyday I think, 10 years ago. I still have the cd somewhere in my garage. Why doesn't anybody wants to rebuild this game with new graphics? It got some huge potential. I remember also I got a telephone bill around $25,000 for 1 month on my 'U.S. Robotics 33.6 WinFax' modem. Parents weren't pleased with that :-(

This game is one of my all time favorite games! I remember being so hardcore into this game. It's so unique and amazing. It should be remade. I played the underground version but all the people were way too good for me haha. well I sure will miss this game.

Played this online in 98 when there were a ton of casuals like me. It's cool that there's still an online following but they'd be extremely hardcore so I'll pass trying it again heh.

I really think this game could be rereleased with new graphics over XBLA or whatever and it would be a hit. The mechanics are incredibly unique for an rts.

Although that could be attributed to why it didn't catch on I guess... but let's chalk it up to bad marketing.
