In my country it just ended last evening. I didn't watch it before, but this serie was awesome so now I'm sad I didnt watch it. And the outro is incredible.

I miss ER so bad :( and actually, this tv show is one of the many reasons why I decided to chose the side of the medicine, I mean, it made me realize what I really want to be, and i'm really satisfied with my decision.
THANKS for that and for those magnific 15 seasons ER.

OMG ER WAS THE BEST SHOW EVER!!! I grew up with it and will always remember it. I liked how it ended. Just another day at the er. Perfect. I remember when I first watched the finale, it seemed like forever while they were waiting for the ambulences. lol. And I love how Carter calls Rachael Dr. Greene. He was one of the best characters on er, and its good they sorta put him in there in some way.
