Female Jockey trampled by horse

Female jockey falls off her horse, and are trampled by another horse. The jockey on the other horse also falls off. No serious injuries to either girls or horses.

@schneggilein89 There are way too many horses in the world to spend that much $ to save 1 horse who, after all that $, may not even be sound again. A broken leg in a horse is very hard to treat..it's not like a dog or cat. They can't walk on 3 legs & for the amount of time it'd take to heal, its not worth having them locked in a stall in a sling.TBs are majorly over produced & after their racing careers, they have nowhere to go. + the owner wouldnt pay to have a horse treated who cant win him $.

@109ejg oh yeah that would be a good idea. maybe people will start thinking and stop throwing a horse's young life away just like that, because of a broken leg!! nowadays almost every injury can be cured with the right treatment. it's so sad that people think "its just a horse" and then put him to sleep. i'd like to kick those people's asses !!! it's not the horse, it's the people! theyre like "oh it's too expensive to mend a broken leg, let's put him down."

If they only knew how well these thoroughbred atheletes were cared for they may change their tune, but I doubt it. Why would an owner or trainer for that matter abuse their livelyhood after spending thousands of dollars for such an animal.
