If Christ abides in the heart he can not sin. 1John 3:6-10

  • @MyHopeisJesusChrist remember when Jesus came He said you use to hear that you should not kill but if you even think it in your heart you have committed a sin. Jesus came to fulfill the law which intern magnifies it. If so then are we ok to kill and steal since we are no longer under the old law, no! we do not do those things because the law is in our hearts now and unlike then they followed the law out of fear we follow the law out of love that is y it is in our hearts.

  • fulfill the law of God, it is the work of the Holy Spirit in your heart.

The sabbath rest, which used to be physical, because it couldn't be entered into spiritually before, you are now entered into because he gives you rest to your souls. The Spirit lets you know that you are a child of God. You have peace and rest. No longer are you toiling away to find the righteousness of God, you've found it.

The law has found fulfillment in Jesus, and in turn, in you.

The bible says there was a change in the law because there was a change in the priesthood. He said that we won't need people to teach us because it will be in our heart.

Do you remember Jesus telling the disciples to wait for the comforter for he will lead them into all truth? How with the Spirit in our heart, our hearts are transformed? Circumcision becomes something of a spiritual nature, something the Spirit does in our heart.

You don't become physically circumcised to.....

  • @MyHopeisJesusChrist what is the new law! if you read it it is basically the old law being placed into mens hearts. we are not excused to sin because Christ die for us then what is the difference between a sinner and those who follow Christ if we all disregard His laws.

  • @damianplus

Do you realize how often a person breaks his laws without realizing it, even the most sincerest believer? Do you realize the fear you'd live with if you really knew how often you broke his laws?

Consider Paul. He constantly lived with the knowledge that he kept doing the things he didn't want to do, and didn't do the things he wanted to do. While our hearts rejoice in the laws of God, our bodies are still dead in sin

But we are under a new law now, not the M.O.D

  • @MyHopeisJesusChrist ofcourse i believe that and also any other of the ten commandments. if you are now free how can you then go and break the same law that Christ has saved you from in the first place. You are taken the text to mean that now that you are free from the curse of the law if you break it you are safe because Christ made it safe. How can you rational it like that, we are free from the curse of the law because through Christ blood our sins are forgiven.

  • be brought into life. The old law is still there condemning, convincing men of sin, but once you come to Jesus you are made dead to that law so that you can live unto God. If you are dead to it, it no longer has power over you.

You are now married to Jesus Christ, separated from the law so that you might live a life pleasing to God through Jesus Christ. People say that they don't keep the law to be saved, yet, do you not teach that without the sabbath you won't be sealed?

the ministration of death, or the ministration of condemnation because whoever was bound to that law was bound to the curse because cursed is he who continueth not in ALL things which were written in the book of the law to do them. James tells us that if a person even breaks one, he is guilty of all.

The reason we are not under condemnation is because Jesus paid that condemnation and brought us under the protection of his wings. We are hidden in death with him so that we might...

And where there is no sin, there is no condemnation:

Jhn 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Jhn 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Did you know that the ten commandments were called...
