Because Ken Clarke ( Injustice secretary ) wont speak to us to Justify the Family Review I did an unplanned one-man demo outside his home near Nottingham and very foolishly Ken came and spoke to me lol ;-)

I dont think his injunction should be successful. Your barrister would argue that Mr. Clarke came up the driveway and engaged with you but then turned his back on you continuing to speak to you at this point you were on the pavement which is public property. You followed him down purely having the conversation and the driveway was very long at any point Mr.Clarke could have said to you to stop. So any injunction would be fallacious. It could be considered to be entrapment for injunction in fact!

@apekillssnake I would really have to push Mr Clarke for him to get an injunction because he knows that getting an injunction against " Batman " would only go in our favor and get us more media attention and that is NOT what the government want lol ;-)

@Scootabilly His behavior was typical of institutional types that have made fathers non-persons in the eyes of the law and society. I know it is hard, because of the personal abuse in these situations but you really should have a second man with you- to repel exactly what the opposition is saying and fathers groups need to become Mens groups away from the emotional pain and start identifying the actual psychology that is linking behavior in the police, courts, govt, also customer intefaces etc..

I have a letter from my Barrister regarding an appeal of a decision made in a Hearing where a Cafcass officer committed perjury and a medical report was falsely represented by council Heard Judge Carr ( Sheffield ).

Which Stated " although the Judge has Erred in her finding of Fact. the Judge has the latitude to make a decision based upon her own discretion and could have come to the same decision anyway.

Therefore I do not recommend an appeal..

But the LAW does not apply to Family Courts.

He actually says "not all of you", but does not even consider this to be a mental truth in speaking about mothers. Therefore it is discriminatory with what he said inside his comments. He is making the mothers right to estrange the childs father paramount! Feminism controls government- look at his climb down on RAPE in contrast to his attitude towards fathers. His behavior reflects what the Experts are like inside the system, thats why the law is unchanged- its interests are in the abuse of men.

If Children's interests where paramount, dads would be receiving custody 85% of the time as it has been clearly shown that child do far better in virtually every area of their life when primarily with their father (Warren Farrell - Father & Child Reunion) This has nothing to do with children, they could not give a damn about our children. Do you hear that Mothers!? They don't give a damn, do you? Prove it.
