@Eaglesfaninca Wrong. Obamacare has to be FUNDED with money up front plus money for agencies to run it UP FRONT, and the House of Represenitives controls the purse. That means The House (next year) can deny funds to it, which will not allow it to go into effect. You know, like how the democratic run House didnt fund the border fence that was already law? You know, like that.
