@skullboy1234 The joke's too complicated, you just don't understand the underlying references to the Cthulhu Mythos and other references to H.P. Lovecraft's work, such as the Rats in the Walls. The subtle humor is also deeply rooted in the works of Bryan Lee O'Malley and Tite Kubo. I attempted to borrow heavily from J.J. Abrams and Peter Jackson in the direction of the movie, and had heavy leanings toward the acting of Nic Cage. I jest. Even mindless fun can be hard to understand?
