MKF - Arctic Antics: The level that could have been...

Arctic Antics was an unlockable level I was secretly working on for World -1 of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion. It was based on a really old DOS game series called Arctic Adventure.
Unfortunately, problems with the design and an overall poor reception among the beta testers ultimately sent this would-be level to the scrap heap, never to see the light of day. The idea was sound enough, but it just proved to be to difficult to translate to MKF very well.

you should see about making whatever changes necessary, than trying revitalize this. even as just a bonus level.

Yes, I'd say the issue is largely that this level encapsulates Arctic Adventure (which I played back in the day) too well. Speeding up the gameplay pace would actually make this gorgeous (in a DOS way) and well set-out level awesome.

Visually, I like it, but the gameplay seems painfully slow. I think it would be a cool level to include, but unfortunately it does look just painfully slow for a platformer.
