Miss a payment and they call you all day long when an e-mail or letter is more than enough. Again, this is harassment. A good way to get them back is to call their customer help line: 1-800-416-5229. Don't forget to dial *67 first to hide your identity. Call after hours to leave a message if you're bashful. Then place the phone under something annoying (I like the Rebecca Black Fridays song myself). Don't forget to hit '1' to send. Call as often as possible!

That is ridiculous! All they ever do is transfer you to somebody else and they all say they can't help you. Did they ever reverse your fee?

Hey what's up!!
I am having a trouble with W/F bank.My friend try to close his account since last 6 month ago.Customer service association said different instruction of closing a account just personal account..
We tried every instruction they gave us but still nothing happen.
They never contacting me by phone call or email never.
The problem is he will not coming back to USA. So he is not in the USA.
We just sent a personal account closing request letter.
Let's see what happen in next few weeks.

Yes Wells Fargo Sucks! Thanks for posting.I had Wells Fargo years ago,thank God i closed the account.When my savings account balance dropped to zero,they still kept the automatic transfer debitting from zero balance each month,took me till the next month to notice the negative balance ,whe it was saying i owed them $20.00,they saidthey had fixed it but the next moth i owed them $30.00,from an automatic savings transfer from a savings with no money in it,so,i had to put the money in to fix it
