dude im 15 weigh 220 i can run a good 2 miles without stopping and can benchpress 230 and i still dont have a six pack ive been working out since 5th grade

At my park we have two play areas one for kids and one for adults. You can clearly see the kid park enclosed by a small fence so the kids don't run away from mom and dad. The park right next to it is meant for adults with bars that are 6 feet in the air, kids can't reach that. There is no fence around the adult park.

i feel like smashing this guy through that fuckin fish tank i bet you anymoney this ass whipe used to have his abs showing when he was a child ages 11- 16 in fact i know he did what this freak didnt tell u is that thir are different thickness of skins so even though u get your body fat down to 8 it will still not look cut even if u went down two 4 it still wont everyones different wake up guys and dont listen to this jerk off

Thanks for sharing JIMBOB, I'm from the south so i know what it means to have two first names. "thir are different thickness of skins", lol what high school did you fail out of. Thats fat under the skin boy. The average human has 9 thin layers of skin on there arm on there heels there are more, but places like your stomach you have 9 paper thin layers. also have in mind that i have an ectomorphic kind of body and can't sacrifice carbs from my diet because that wiil cost on muscle mass... thanx again...

You know getting rid of carbs is never the right thing to do, but ingesting only carbs that are of quality wheat breads, no bleached rice, whole grains. I would suggest pullups and pushups as a good cardio, at my city gym we have an arm bike. I wouldn't forget the legs so stretch as much as you can and swimming or just general movement for the lower body, so recovery can be as quick as possible.
