parkour and when he joined the military and found out about it he didnt stop when he got home he studied to become a actor/stunt man,hes been in 8 movies,one being district b13 ultimatum,along parkour friend and actor cyril raffaelli,look him up on wikipedia,and has appeared in a video game,prototype.

a guy named georges herbert was in ww1 and visited an island and was fascinated by the power and strength that they had,long story short(u can look up him or parkour on wikipedia),and he trained his body going by one rule,be strong to be useful,he made up that phrase after he rescued over 700 people from a volcanic eruption in 1902,it was used in the military since(i dont know about now),raymond belle,father of david belle,joined the military and trained in parkour,his son always loved doing
