Killer Instinct 1 Keyboard Configuration Tutorial

You could use this tutorial in case you don't wanna buy or use a PS2 or logitech joystick, you DO NOT have to use the same keys I set up on my keyboard, those are optional!!!!


So far I can play pretty good with Thunder, Cinder, TJ Combo, Glacius, Sabrewulf and Riptor....still learning with the others, feel more than free to share you killer combo combinations with me for any character and I'll send you the one I've got :)


I know I got a heavy accent and my english is kinda shitty but hopefully your IQ level will be good enough to let you understand what this video's about. Anyway, this is the set up I did for myself with my keyboard and basically is the best way for me to get used to the buttons the same way the arcade version had them set up when it came out back in '94.


I'll break it down like this:


My "6" Key = Game Credits
My "Space Bar" key = Start
My "P" key = Pause/Return To Game
My "F" key = Right
My "S" key = Left
My "E" key = Up
My "D" key = Down


Here's for my kicks/punches:


My "U" key = Fierce Punch (FP)
My "I" key = Medium Punch (MP)
My "O" key = Quick Punch (QP)
My "J" key = Fierce Kick (FK)
My "K" key = Medium Kick (MK)
My "L" key = Quick Kick (QK)


To block, just press the "S" key (left) whatever side you're on, whenever your oponent attacks you.


To exit the game just hit the "esc" key on your keyboard, place the yellow bar on "exit" with your "down arrow" and hit "enter".


I haven't played this game for years so give me a fucking break if I'm not as good as I used to be, I gotta get reaccquainted and fall in love with it again hahahahaahahahaha!!!!

The game will take a shitload off your computer's memory, try not to run another program while you play, or, you could upgrade your memory. Good luck :)

i cant find out why my Audio is so low when i play this game....any suggestion?

On your keyboard:

-Press "F2"

-Scroll down to "Volume Adjust"

-Press "C"

-Then move the volume bar up or down with whatever keys you assigned for "up" and "down" to move your character

-Finally, to exit press "F3"
