@allldin The answer to your question is that Konami made 2 versions of the game the one you had was designed for anti piracy and I'm not sure why it was made that way, the original is far easier but you can punch in the password "hard!" and you get the version that you got.

I've been working on it for over a year now, but in terms of man hours, I'd prefer not to know to be honest. Let's just say it took a while.

Can you PuhLease upload a vid for the whole playthrough, if you can find it? That'd be killer...I'd love to see someone face the yellow planet boss without dying!!
Easily the best game I've ever played, without a doubt. Still my fave! Thank you so much for uploading this vid...nothing beat Konami back in the day (or now, for that matter!)
