Was there no pit speed limit then? He seemed to fly out of that pit exit

No, there was no pit speed limit. This was a big problem at the next race in Imola, when a wheel came loose on car in the pits and ended up hurting a lot of people. I think after Imola there was one put in place, but I may be wrong. There was definitely on in use in 1995, though.
