@fourfortysixpak1 In '72 I went to Vancouver Island from Edmonton Alberta in my ancient Rambler. I had an 8 track in my car and played Machine Head a lot while on the road. The album is a great 'driving' album. Man I miss those wonderful days. I really do; got plenty of good memories from back then. May God Bless.

Those boys rock!! a time with muscle cars and rocknroll there was a place a guy could go and escape for a while.I ran a 70 cuda at the strip when i could afford to and did some cruisn' on saturday nites. To this day, listening to this song still makes me feel good this is truly a great song!!!

live in osaka?
Made in Japan is probably the best live recording of a series of concerts ever made. It's a pity Ian Gillan never did much REAL screaming in their studio recordings: The studio version of "Child in Time" is APALLING when compared to what he does in Japan! Live, Ian Gillan was superb. His performance in "Jesus Christ Superstar" is also excellent.
